AI Business Coach vs AI Installer: What a Lewisham Stallholder or Shop Owner Needs
Coaching teaches you to use AI. Installing builds it for you. Which one suits depends on how much of your week you want to spend learning.
For an AI business coach near Lewisham, be clear first whether you want to learn AI yourself or have it set up for you. Dean Keating is not a coach or a course: he installs AI agents done-for-you, remotely from Horndean, Hampshire, and offers a free first call on 07418 627304.

Two different things
An AI business coach works with you. You meet, you learn what the tools can do and you build things yourself between sessions. An installer works for you. You explain the job, and a working system appears in the tools you already use.
Neither is better. It depends on your week.
A market trader and a shop owner
Imagine two owners in the same town. One has a stall at Lewisham Market, outside the shopping centre, and answers customer messages in the evening. The other runs a shop on the high street and loses the end of every day to emails and quotes. The council's guides on this site cover the markets and events and the town centre and shopping if you want the local setting.
The stallholder may enjoy learning how to get ChatGPT to draft replies, and a coach could help. The shop owner who has no spare evenings probably wants the replies sent without being involved.
What Dean Keating offers
He is not a coach, and what he sells is not a course. His website describes a done-for-you service: he builds AI agents, installs them in your existing tools, trains your team and supports it. The jobs include replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night, following up every lead until they book or say no, answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp, and putting together the weekly report.
Training is one of the four steps, but it is about your team using what he has built, not a syllabus. The steps are a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, and training and support.
A sensible way to choose
- If you want to understand AI well enough to make your own decisions, find a coach and ask what you will have built by the end.
- If you want a particular chore gone, ask an installer which chore they would start with.
- If you are unsure, take a free call. Dean's leaves you with a plan you can use with or without him, and the cost is given afterwards with no obligation.
Where he is
He works from Horndean, Hampshire, and does the build remotely for businesses anywhere in the UK, according to his website. That includes Lewisham and the rest of south-east London. He is not based here. His website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby, so if you want a coach in the room each week, look at local people as well and compare.
His background
His website says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, with more than ten years in marketing, and that he did five years as a professional stand-up comedian before that. That is a description from his own site, not an independent review.
