Dean Keating: AI Automation Consultant and the Publisher Behind Lewisham.co

Why one listing here is different

The 408 businesses on this site were gathered from public listings and are ordered by their public ratings. None of them pays to be placed higher. Dean Keating's entry is the exception, and it is labelled that way: he publishes the site and runs the AI service, so his page sits outside the rankings. He has no rated Google business listing, which means there is no score to rank him on in any case.

Treat this page as a description written by the company that offers the service. It is not a review.

Where he works from

Dean is in Horndean, Hampshire, a long way from the six areas this directory covers, from Lewisham Town Centre to Blackheath. He is not based in Lewisham and does not have an office here. His website says the build and install are done remotely anywhere in the UK, so nothing about the work depends on being in the borough.

It also says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person. If you would rather have someone in the room, say so at the start of the first call, and look at providers based in south-east London alongside him.

What he does

He builds AI agents and installs them where your team already works. His website lists the jobs they can take on:

• replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night
• following up every lead until they book or say no
• sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered
• booking jobs into the diary
• answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp
• sorting and routing messages, and sending updates, confirmations and reminders
• escalating to a person when a case needs one
• raising invoices, chasing late payments and copying details between systems
• producing a weekly report

The service is described as installed for you, not handed over. He builds it, puts it on your systems, trains your team and supports it afterwards.

What it is not

It is not a course. It is not a phone-answering service, and it is not a chatbot product you configure yourself.

How it runs

1. A free call about how your business works.
2. An audit of the work that is worth automating.
3. The build and install.
4. Training and support.

He starts with the single task that would make the biggest difference. After the free call you leave with a plan you can use with or without him.

Background and cost

His website says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, with more than ten years in marketing and more than a million orders driven through Meta ads. It also says he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian before moving into marketing. He builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO too.

No price list is published. The cost is given after the free call and there is no obligation to go ahead.
