AI Consulting Services for a Small Business in South East London: What You Are Buying

Start with the output

"AI consulting" can mean a report, a workshop or a working system. Before you ring anyone, decide which of those you want to hold at the end. A report tells you what to do. A workshop teaches your staff. A working system does a job while you get on with something else.

The neighbourhoods this directory covers

Two of the six areas here are small. Hither Green and Ladywell have 14 listings each as of 10 October 2026, against 75 in Lee and 61 in Brockley. In Hither Green those include barbers, cafes, takeaways and pizza places. These are businesses run by one or two owners who do their own admin in the evening. For them, a consultant who produces a forty-page strategy is the wrong size. A consultant who removes one evening chore is the right one.

Comparing consulting companies and individuals

Ask every provider the same five things:

1. What will exist at the end of the work?
2. Which of my current tools does it connect to?
3. Who looks after it afterwards?
4. Who actually does the work, a named person or a changing cast?
5. How is the cost decided, and when do I learn it?

A larger consulting company may offer more people and structure. An individual may offer closer attention and less overhead. Neither is better by default. We have not ranked anyone; for a list described from providers' own websites see our guide to AI consultants in south-east London.

Where Dean Keating fits

He is one consultant, not a company, and he is the publisher of this site, so treat what follows as a description from the supplier. His website describes a service that is installed for you, not handed over. He builds AI agents, installs them in the tools you already use, trains your team and supports it. The jobs listed include sending quotes and chasing unanswered ones, booking jobs into the diary, raising invoices, chasing late payments and producing a weekly report.

The route is a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, and training and support. After the call you hold a plan you can use with or without him. No price list is published; the cost is given after the call.

What he is not

Not a course, not a phone-answering service and not a chatbot product.

Where he is

Horndean, Hampshire. The build and install are done remotely, and his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. If you would like someone in the room in Hither Green or Ladywell, say so on the first call and look at south-east London providers too.
